Opened in 2018, our downtown Oakland Studio serves our clients with a growing focus on infill projects within the City of Oakland and the East Bay communities. With an established East Bay presence for over 40 years, rooting ourselves within Oakland positions DAHLIN to collaborate more effectively with the development community, planning and designing housing in alignment with our clients’ goals, from apartments to condos to affordable housing communities. Together, each of these projects increases housing options, contributing to housing attainability for people of all incomes, including housing for individuals experiencing homelessness.
